Learning from that company was good. Actually with optimum resource they are actually doing very good in terms of revenue and profit.

When doctor prescribing that I have some serious issue in my heart and it is recommended to start using pacemaker even in that situation the branch manager was like your leaves will not be approved. Though I asked for enough no of leave available as per my account. In most of the cases, office hours were 12 to 13 hours but the manager wanted more. I joined as Customer relationship officer. At the branch they said I have to be the teller. And in then they asked me to bring business as much as my role of customer relationship officer but I will not be allowed to go outside from branch
