No Support for Business Development, No Flexibility if you want to internally Switch, HR almost never receive your calls. No one has the Clarity over the Process in the System. We are always last to offer the deal to customer and by then the Client has already moved over to competition.

It is good but some people play mind games within a culture and make talks on back as i never felt such things in life in any of my previous banks. Seniors are non supported as they do not make own efforts on business because BM have more book than junior staff as per experience

Work environment better than bigger size Banks Like HDFC AXIS etc. But not for experienced employees just for start up persons

Benefits for employees are less than other banks like Leaves, Loan facilities. And many other things are not good
