1. Most of the time are consumed in reviews (3-4) weekly. 2. Micromanagement at its peak. 3. Policies change frequently. 4. Not employee centric. 5. Very high pressure. 6. No work from home and always issues with leaves despite of having leave balance. 7. No buy out policy (despite of available in hr policies) 8. You can learn whatever you want you want to learn in the organization. You want to understand business join business team, want to learn about app and web join platform team. No limit to learning new things once you are in the organization.

Unorganized Leave management is not good Promotions given to people who stays back in office at night type of guys and always available in call even on leave etc

I don't understand, 1st of all an organisation should have proper work timings and there is no work life balance at all, I heard this company is certified by GPTW Certification , how can someone give this certification to such a torturing company. Any person who are joining to this company should forget their family, friends and they will not have time even to take care of themselves. Even if there is flood or rain , they ask employees to come to office. Everyone have their own families and during this critical situation, how can an employee travel , is it safe? Do Bajaj finserv focus only on targets and profits? Not on humans / your employees? Atleast treat your employees well, respect their space... Even you can be a boss of an company, but atleast consider their personal life...I feel most of the women's whoever husband is working in Bajaj finserv will have this same pain, waiting to spend their time. Atleast treat them well, atleast they can provide WFH during the flood or raining days. There is No work Life Balance. Office Politics from Acm terrible experience. Work like pigs. Who ready to work Hard, Acms and rcms toucher. Not get a minimum time ,spend with family.late night also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management.
