I used to meet five different people every day and give personal loans.my job was to hive personal loans and i liked the fact that i was getting an opportunity to meet different people.

When i left BAJAJ FINSERVE in 2019 ,i did not get time off even on Saturday and Sunday due to work pressures. That is why i was not able to give time to my family

The culture is totally out of the world in a bad way. People sitting on higher bands is having no knowledge anything. Constantly abusive environment is promoted by the senior management. Quality of the manager is like worst of worst , who keeps licking the bosses feet gets promoted. Over all a worst culture

Work life balance is not here. Management does not have clear goal on what they want to deliver ans when thy want to deliver. This is not pure tech company. So if you are joing from pure tech company this might be a nightmare for you
