you are a pappet doll of your reporting manager. he has talk with you in ugly language/words. you do not do with your mind and ability. as he say that same was you do otherwise he told for termination or PIP etc. ASM level persons take personally all things which is happen with ABSM conversation to him. please take action against it.

Dislikes

Area manager take personally everything and talk in wrong words that was against of bajaj finserv's culture and IMAGE. Area manage always threaten for termination, PIP ETC. that was a very wrong thing.

Work Details

Bajaj finance is a fabulous company but many reporting managers do wrong with their ABSM.

Forcibly resigned from me in the corona epidemic, saying that after some time I will joining again. Today that thing has 4 months. But no calls have been received yet. I have been unemployed since then, spending is very difficult. Bajaj finserv company is cheated me. Fired me without reason.
