Nice peers, lots of exposure, learning, people in team respect each other, recognition and shoutouts. I am with a good department.

Dislikes

Less salary and so way behind peers on same level. Good salary promotes longer stay. If the salary is less, at some point will leave for better compensation. Planning for exit in 6 months to an year.
