Toxic work culture, promotions only possible if you suck up to your managers. PLs are toxic, lazy bunch of people. Very rigid policies. Long hours and always sucking up to US counterparts

The company is good when you consider the salary and benefits but as said, all that shines is not gold.

Dislikes

Everything that shines is not gold. The culture, politics, work life balance, ill defined processes, rigidity to change, lack of SOPs, non empathetic leadership, ill trained team leaders is a major issue especially in finance. Moreover the company has some long termed employees who command even above the leadership though being junior and make it difficult for new employees to settle down. Overall the culture, work life balance and job security are pathetic which ultimately makes it impossible for you to enjoy the financial benefits they offer.
