All your experience depends upon which project you get. There are several good projects where you will learn new things in return for extra working hours. Colleagues are cooperative and helpful. The company offers you a better package than the market when u get selected.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Many projects with hectic work and no work-life balance. Management is not that much good. Frequently I observed one thing is, there no direction, no road map of your role, and you don't know what type of work you will receive in the next month. If you are working with small team, always issue with leaves.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
