Pathetic company to work when you are working in client side. No employer support. Even though BCT claims it's full time opportunity Fire candidates on same day client ends their billing. No bench period or no mercy to any employee. Always a sword above you to fire and you will be always in mercy of client billing. Nothing was communicated prior joining or after joining formalities. I wouldn't recommend anyone joining this organisation unless you don't have any job to join.
