Please note that we also have full-fledged Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for associates who are finding it difficult to perform as well as their peers. This improvement plan will focus on giving the associate more time and energy, and helping them carve out their career path in BCT with guidance.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
