I've been Associated with Bahwan CyberTek last 7 months, some of my leads are very friendly and easy to approach and we could learn different types of skillet.

Dislikes

There's no work life balance, initially they will hire you by stating that 2 days fixed off but after joining they will ask you to do work of from office all 6 days full day. And the timings are also not reasonable they'll ask you to come at 9 and will leave you at 7:30 to 8. And there's a micro management.

"POLITICS" If you are not from Chennai and if you don't know tamil then the company will play politics as nobody has perfect communication skills there. Very poor English And on top of that they will treat you just like garbage. They can throw you out anytime they want with no proper justification.

- System & Process is very pathetic '- need to go long way to catch up industry standards - Delayed Appraisal Cycle every year which is demoralizing employee (like any IT firm) - Promotion Approval process is little complicated. By citing lack of system, HR/Managers mess up things..

The company is very good to work with, and health insurance policy is very good when I got treated they paid around 4 plus lakh with in few hours with out any hassle, friendly staff
