Only one thing, the company plans trips for the employees to go. Other than that not much to like about a company that follows terrible practices, mistreats employees, and doesn't give honest constructive valuable feedback.

- Doesn't give honest constructive feedback. - Some project managers don't respond on time, might take months to reply. My current project manager told me indirectly to work more than my work hours. - Appraisal is laughable. Good enough to recharge your mobile data. That's it. - The work laptop given by the company is slow as hell.The keyboard and the touchpad stopped working after 2 weeks of use. - Many people work here are so entitled that it is disgusting. - I had 25 paid leaves at my disposal. I needed to take 5. The project manager told me I can't as that won't cover up my monthly work hours. I guess she doesn't know what paid leaves mean. - The company lies blatantly to clients about developers' work experience. I had 1 year of experience, but the project manager told the client I have 5 YEARS!!. - The project managers would do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to get a project from a client. They literally think clients are stupid. One project manager literally says "experience is just a number, any person with low experience can handle any kind of work regardless the technical challenges"....Read More

No Micro Management. Company is growing aggresively. Lots of independence to work closely with clients and take decisions as per. Company tries to adapt with the current market trend. Good Exposure to learn/explore new skill sets, they have a dedicated budget allocated for this. Employees actually matters here. Healthy work life balance and good appraisals.

1. It's one of the most reliable organization in ahemdabad as per my personal experience 2. Really good work culture even from remote 3. There is not much pressure till now 4. Rarely worked on Saturdays 5. Almost all the people are very good at helping each other for solving the issues. 6. Project managers (The Core Team) is really good 7. No salary delay I have seen till now

Dislikes

1. Management product can be improved for providing the documents which is needed (As it's in progress) 2. More training sessions are needed to improve writing codes skills 3. Some of the project doesn't consist documentation to understand the project

I think company is not earning from clients, they are earning from some double standard person who always buttering management. Because they are the only who get 100% hike.
