Only one thing, the company plans trips for the employees to go. Other than that not much to like about a company that follows terrible practices, mistreats employees, and doesn't give honest constructive valuable feedback.

- Doesn't give honest constructive feedback. - Some project managers don't respond on time, might take months to reply. My current project manager told me indirectly to work more than my work hours. - Appraisal is laughable. Good enough to recharge your mobile data. That's it. - The work laptop given by the company is slow as hell.The keyboard and the touchpad stopped working after 2 weeks of use. - Many people work here are so entitled that it is disgusting. - I had 25 paid leaves at my disposal. I needed to take 5. The project manager told me I can't as that won't cover up my monthly work hours. I guess she doesn't know what paid leaves mean. - The company lies blatantly to clients about developers' work experience. I had 1 year of experience, but the project manager told the client I have 5 YEARS!!. - The project managers would do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to get a project from a client. They literally think clients are stupid. One project manager literally says "experience is just a number, any person with low experience can handle any kind of work regardless the technical challenges"....Read More

No job security for edge cutting technology developers. They don't have enough projects/clients for such technologies. They do hiring and fire the employees if they don't get the projects with matching skill set of employees. By any chance if you hit the bench even it's company's inability to get the clients. You will be under strict servillence of HR who uses the tools like Hibstaff which keeps track of your keyboard mouse activities and also keeps on capturing the screenshots. So it will make you feel like a labour rather than an employee Don't just look at their Glassdoor reviews and decide to go there (which happened in my case) I would recommend you to talk to former employee on LinkedIn and take the decision....Read More

Infrastructure is vibrant and full of fun seemingly. Payrolls are regular on a fixed date. Opportunities to display and develop ownership in work. No screen tracking system. Open environment with freedom of innovation in work.

Some irrelevant policies which are not at all in favor of employees have got implemented. Different allowance for WFH for different departments, hence high sense of inequality. They offer a good work-life balance, so employees don't need to stay late in the office, and the deadlines are achievable.

Dislikes

The number of projects is limited, and the culture is predominantly Gujarati. If you are an outsider, you may feel left out due to the prevalent politics. There is also no work-from-home policy, and the new management is changing the positive aspects to reduce expenses.

Have got a chance to guide the juniors, worked as a Guide, and have got lot of opportunities in my domain, challenges were there, but it was very fun to over come the same.
