Infrastructure is vibrant and full of fun seemingly. Payrolls are regular on a fixed date. Opportunities to display and develop ownership in work. No screen tracking system. Open environment with freedom of innovation in work.

Dislikes

Some irrelevant policies which are not at all in favor of employees have got implemented. Different allowance for WFH for different departments, hence high sense of inequality. Layoff drive conduction even after excellent work contribution and top internal reviews. There's nothing to like about bacancy. The culture is horrible and the management sitting in Ahmedabad behaves as if they don't responsible for the employees and take decisions that only favor them. They will do bulk hiring and bulk firing without any reason. When asked they just play victim blaming game.

Dislikes

There's a HR named prabhangi who is emotionless, and senseless. She don't know how to manage the employees and founders listening only to her makes the things very terrible at bacancy.

Have got a chance to guide the juniors, worked as a Guide, and have got lot of opportunities in my domain, challenges were there, but it was very fun to over come the same.

The number of projects is limited, and the culture is predominantly Gujarati. If you are an outsider, you may feel left out due to the prevalent politics. There is also no work-from-home policy, and the new management is changing the positive aspects to reduce expenses.
