Likes

If you are moving in this company ask for a high CTC rather than regret at later stage. Company is pay master if you are a female.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Company is having hire and fire culture. Very less increment and variable pay out. Bosses have favorism and politics. 99% people have ego problem. Very small company and high risk.

Work policy: Occassionally can take WFH

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
