Power is concentrated among few folks that want to be called gods but they don’t realise they’re spoiling the culture as they don’t know how to deal with people Most of the so called leadership is extremely rude and that’s why there is no middle management in the company. People in leadership like to call themselves gods and take pride in doing so and it clearly shows the culture They have all belonged here for ages and don’t understand the actual way of doing things. None of the leaders know how to deal with externally hired managers or any senior resource. Please do not join if you want self respect, Value for your time and energy and a good working environment. This place is not worth. Even if you try to complain, you would eventually be complaining to these so called gods and then you’ll be thrown out which means you cannot whistleblow as well...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
