1. APPRAISAL AND PROMOTION: Being biased is their motto. May be the word biased was made for this company. 2. HR TEAM : They are highly busy in pretending to be busy. Basically when the whole company surviving with only one client at hand, how someone can be even busy, until or unless they are assigned the task of handling UKRAINE RUSSIA WAR or other international issue for India. I'm damn sure, PMO India doesn't see them that much qualified for the job and hence the HR people are useless, no job at hand people trying to protect other non tech useless team leads when a serious technical employee comes up with his/her grievance. 3. Avizva R&D team is working passionately to reorient the solar system to make "08 days" longer week and "30 hours" long day as sucking blood of their employees 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week not satisfying thirst of these psychopath vampires.
