Compensation up to market standards Lots of learning and growth opportunities Nice Work like balance and technologies to work with. Great office and Culture.

Dislikes

Recent Layoffs have raised Job Security concerns. Post-acquisition by Vista, many projects are reviewed and cost cuttings measures are in progress. Avalara's trying to become profit-making caused a lot of decisions that were not friendly to all employees. Complex domain (tax/ returns) to learn and implement.

Work Details

Work policy: Hybrid. Not mandatory to be in office but can work if anyone prefers to be in office.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
