1. They are not appreciating employees work. 2. Giving awards to those employee who are very close to managers. If you are the favorite employee of manager then you will get the monthly spot awards. 3. Every time they are changing the criteria in order to give spot award. 4. The person who is doing well from last 6-7 months and getting appreciation + maintaining good cast record they are not getting spot award which is not acceptable. 5. At the time of hiring they are saying we are doing core technical job but after getting hired they are simply doing non technical job.
