Avalara office infrastructure is very good.

Dislikes

After the Vista acquisition things are much more changed and very bad appraisals and many promotions were revoked.

Company is very supportive through COVID 19. They even provided extra bonus apart from regular salary.

The place is full of negativity. Junior team members don't want any experience people to join their team because they think their own growth will not take speed. Senior managers have no knowledge or aptitude to take care of the team because they think nobody can touch them. Standard Moto of my team manager was 'By Hook or Crook' .
