I am an ex-employee of this organization. I left the organization on 31st August 2023. I have worked in this company for over two years. I had a fruitful learning experience over this period and post this I wanted to go ahead with my post-graduation and that is the reason I decided to resign from this organization. Unfortunately, the transition was the worst, I was not respected even after I served over 2 years and I was disrespected to the utmost level. They also demanded certain amount to give me my relieving and experience letter, but when I denied to give that amount, they threatened me that I would be considered as absconding and shall be terminated and made sure I will be black listed even when I apply for the jobs in the future else where. Even after I requested them a lot and try to convince them about the amount to be paid for getting my relieving, they were not agreeing to wave off the amount, due to which I was stressed to unwillingly give up my August 2023 month salary and all the remaining leave encashment as well, which also led to a cut short in the amount to be paid for my relieving, and the organization is soo shameless that they also asked me to pay the remaining amount as well even after giving up my salary. They also put a clause, for me to complete the knowledge transfer to the replacement of my position after which I will be given my relieving and experience letter. Due to this, I was delayed one whole month to join my masters program. Unfortunately, this led me to forfeit my seat in the university.
