Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), and other partners across the technology ecosystem.
- Manage existing partner relationships, fostering trust and collaboration to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- Develop and deliver joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner-generated revenue.
- Provide ongoing support and enablement to partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to successfully sell our solutions.
- Analyze partner performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize program effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and partner program changes within SAP, OpenText, and UiPath.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through successful partner engagement.
- Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, including VARs, SIs, OEMs, and 3rd party partners.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP, OpenText, or UiPath solutions (a strong focus on one or all is a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage partner expectations effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to partner program optimization.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeted at partners is a plus
