Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI person to lead the development and growth of our AI practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, with a focus on Gen AI, and a proven track record of building and scaling AI solutions.
The AI Practice Head will be responsible for developing innovative AI solutions, building a high performing team, and driving business growth through the delivery of cutting-edge AI services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and growth of the AI practice, with a focus on Gen AI technologies.
- Define the strategic direction of the AI practice and develop plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and manage a team of AI professionals, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI developers.
- Develop and implement innovative AI solutions to address business challenges and drive value for clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for AI services.
- Establish partnerships with technology vendors, universities, and research institutions to stay at the forefront of AI innovation.
- Provide thought leadership in the field of AI.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the AI practice, ensuring that we deliver best-in-class solutions to our clients.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Gen AI technologies with strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning and NLP concepts.
- Proven track record of building and scaling AI solutions in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Deep technical expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to understand client needs and develop solutions that drive business value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving change.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands on experience with building and deploying chatbots using language models.
- Hands on experience with LLMs (Large language models) and advanced techniques such as Fine tuning, reasoning, etc.
- Experience with open-source Gen AI LLMs and knowledge of prompt engineering techniques.
- Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and libraries.
- Experience with any cloud-based AI services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
