Company was very excellent and the atmosphere also very good and ADP is a very good company. I can say, and I have very good memories in ADP. I like very much. I want to come back and I want to work in ADP once Again

Some managers are giving Partiality to some member and They are playing corporate politics with employees. It’s sometimes it’s not good.

It’s a great place to work. You will create a comfort zone with this company. The leave benefits and health allowances are best. You will not feel like you are working but it feels like a part of your life. You will definitely enjoy working with ADP.

Dislikes

There will be frequent management and leadership changes. Due to which employees has to start performing again and has to prove themselves to the new leader. By the team there is an opportunity created for the employees again a chnage in leadership will happen.

It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

The work life balance is bad , there is no bonuses unlike other companies, there is no additional perks like sodexo coupons , there no Diwali,new year gifts

They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Everything. ADP has lost it's sheen. Unethical, indiscipline, laid back attitude by leadership. Lots of favouritism. Also, they say it's hybrid but they force you to come to office everyday, which is located in a village.

Because middle managers more than 10 plus years will feel and behave like business owners and trample others. - Pathetic leadership especially middle management. If they don't like you then you are targetted though you perform good. They will make you to leave the company by yourself. You will face such a mental harrasement. - Worst free food - Medical insurance reimbursement is not digitized. You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not even paid 50% as shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. Operations don’t want you to grow or leave a process for an IJP if they need you for their process. I have worked here for almost 8 years now and they do say they are women centric but opportunities are only for men as they can contribute more time even a women is doing the same. Also they make sure your package is so high and no one in the market can hire you and you will be stuck with Adp
