No benefits for employees. Only doing more than beyond for Clients, but Zero benefits for employees. Employees doesn't even have SICK LEAVE and they score down in metrics or mark LWP if EE gets sick and take leave cause as per theri policy it's Unplanned leave. Who plans being sick. Even in terms of compensation they tell something else while offering and give something else in real. From expected they cut major portion as annual bonus. Though bonus should be over and over the compensation. That is why it's bonus not regular salary. Food isn't available in cafeteria for night shift people. Salary was good and the incentives were good.

Dislikes

Apart from the good salary, there is no work life balance. You are expected to give extra hours without any Overtime pay. They only teach you basic things about the process and the rest you learn while working. There isn't enough support on the floor to help you with difficult queries. I was doing a US shift which ended at 2:30 am but it got extended due to lengthy calls. Never got OT for the time I over worked. I had Covid and was very weak to work, rather than checking my Health status, they asked me to start working. I had to ask my manager's manager to allow me to recover and then I got the leaves. Due to COVID situation, they terrorized of job threats, made me work extra hours due to powercut or internet issues in rainy days yet they kept saying "We understand and trust our employees". They DO NOT TRUST their employees, DO NOT RESPECT their employees but they have made a sweatshop hell-hole where everyday I had this sword hanging over my head that I'll lose my job and then they took a great pleasure to threaten me on every one-to-one discussion. They so-called "Trust" their employees that's why they give warning letters because of powercut or internet issues. I lost my self-confidence because I was terrorized everyday, every minute was suffocating and nobody to help me or I could share or discuss because you can't trust anybody here.
