Except for it is a banking domain company & has projects from banks outside India Nothing.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, client side working is like hell. They do't plan & give timeline because of which employees have to work 12 to 14 hrs a day. They promise client anything which leads to unmatched timeline. The managers are incapable of managing teams, they are doing this with SSE.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
