It has been 8 months of working with Aurigo and the work-life balance has been maintained. More than a benefit, it is part of the company's terms to ensure such positive aspects. Other things like practically planned work deadlines make it easy for me to work. I am envisioning a good work- life with Aurigo.

Dislikes

For projects that demand higher priority, training ended soon. It should be longer to work on them brilliantly.

The employees usually get holidays for the main festivals. A few festivals are specific to only some cultures. We get leaves for these. Mostly, we celebrate such occasions in the office. Aurigo has management that really thinks about employees. It embraces the cultures of all the employees and celebrates with them.

Dislikes

Awesome benefits are there but during the probation, there are some limitations also. And the probation period is long as well.

So, for a year, I have been an employee of this company. I was hired to serve full- time. Throughout the duration of my term, I have enjoyed my work. My shift has been relaxing and comfortable. This company has benefits like work- life balance. There is a flexible leave policy for the employees. A positive office environment is observed as well.

This is a big office with almost every facility essential for working. The furniture is upgraded and is undoubtedly comfortable. I can even change my seating in case I feel less comfortable. There are big meeting rooms with satisfactory equipment for presentations. Facilities are further available for employee safety amidst any unexpected incident.

Dislikes

I am thankful to HR and managers for making the workplace so comfortable. There are no dislikes to notice because of their constant effort.

A big team forms this company. New employees are often hired. The team has many old employees as well. Some of them began their careers with this company and continue to work here. They have in-depth knowledge of the projects and the respective industries. Working with them has been excellent for me. They are the best people to learn from.

Here, the environment is fast-paced. I have to constantly adapt to it although it is not a major challenge.

My colleagues are good. I have been working with them for nearly 16 months. We have improved our understanding over this duration. Some of them are my juniors too. They consider me as their source of guidance. Also, they talk to me very respectfully. While I am satisfied has been who work fairly and with transparency.

Learning opportunities are appreciated. It is fun to learn about new technologies too. Work-life balance is maintained with consistency. My colleagues are friendly and also very supportive. Managers are very understanding and believe in letting the team work flexibly. There is flexibility to work on tasks as per the ways or approaches i prefer.

Group discussions are often held when new projects have to be worked on. but these discussions can go on for a long time.

Working at Aurigo, I have developed the most valuable skills. With thorough guidance and support, the managers have made me a self-motivated individual. I work with more confidence, given that my problem-solving skills are becoming stronger. At times, I help my colleagues too. I am getting better at communicating with them. I see improvement in my soft and technical skills.

The company is very concerned about all its employees. Regularly, it connects with them to know how their experiences are going on. When the management spoke to me, I could freely share my experience. I additionally had a few ideas to make the work process more relaxing. I started my career at a great pace. But then I required more growth which was possible through better clients. When I found the opportunity to work here, I could not resist it. The most esteemed clients are associated with Aurigo. There is no doubt about the number of learning opportunities. I don't find the staff to be toxic. So, it encourages me to grow with complete genuineness.

Aurigo has a satisfying environment. It is a company that does not believe in favouritism. Micromanagement is also something that I have not felt here. I have met colleagues with whom I can maintain long-term connections. They are very dedicated to their jobs. More than that, they inspire me to concentrate on my professional development.

Dislikes

Some of the tasks assigned to me extremely draw my interest. But a few of them are not so interesting.
