At Aurigo Software Technologies, I have observed an open-door policy to be sincerely followed. It encourages all the employees to come and share their concerns. Their suggestions are also taken for improvement in the office. The office management creates a culture of complete transparency for the team. It actively listens to the feedback of team and applies it too.

I am more evening person and company have day-shifts options when I joined.

Everything is really professional here. We have a system of marking attendance here. I've never experienced anything bad while punching in my attendance. There's is a system of applying earned and sick leaves. HR is understanding and has always met my needs. Things can be customised for the employees. It is quite a chill workplace.

Dislikes

My seat was very comfortable. But it got exchanged. The other one isn't as comfortable as that one.

All the theoretical knowledge that I gained during my education was comprehensive. I needed practical knowledge as well. With Aurigo, I collected so much experience. It has done full justice to my education, allowing me to make complete use of it. This has been my best first work experience.

Dislikes

The office is centrally air-conditioned. There's is no way I can turn off the office as and when I like. It feels super chilled sometimes unless I am carrying a warm jacket.

None of my offices so far have been as satisfactory as Aurigo Software Technologies. This is where you can't expect anything to be hidden. There is an open-door kind of culture and transparency is very noticeable. If you have any suggestions or you want to highlight something, you are free to do that. HR listens and honestly implements.

Dislikes

Please maintain cleaner washrooms. The cleaning cycles should be managed at least thrice a day.

A lot of things are there that I love about this company. It is a workplace that I don't' have to be stressed about any workload. Tasks are fairly given and divided among us all. There's is work equality and it is openly noticeable. I work with a bunch of caring people. They focus on company goals more than personal goals.

Dislikes

Just one thing is there, invest in longer training. That would be more enriching to attend.

Thus far, I have worked with just 2 companies, with Aurigo Software Technologies being the second one. In the former one, I was working remotely while here, I am on-site employee. But even then, all the comforts are available. On top of that, the corporate culture is superb. To be honest, I am enjoying my work here when I come to the office.

The shift starts early. That is the only thing I'm less comfortable with.

Transparency is a good attribute of the management of this company. Because of this, the management has cordial terms with the employees. I fully trust it and I've only seen others appreciating it. Regardless of the process, it is done without any sort of partiality. From the selection of employees to their recognition, transparency guides every process.

Dislikes

Health programs are less. They should be planned more on the weekends for a rejuvenating start of the next week.

I've been contributing efficiently to this organisation. Different responsibilities have been given to me. Very confidently, I've taken up all of these. The outcomes of the deliverables have been great. In turn, Aurigo has continuously given me growth. For my additional effort, I've received amazing rewards. While the organisation has been growing, it has been ensuring my growth also.

Aurigo has always been ahead in hosting events for employees. They can be more interactive though.

My carrier has improved from good to great. It was beneficial to be a part of this organisation. This is a workplace flourishing with success. And this success is not limited to attaining the objectives of Aurigo Software Technologies. It makes certain that its employees succeed too. I have my growth getting higher and higher. While the company is excelling, I am growing too.

There are many special moments at Aurigo that I happily tell others. I have celebrated many milestone with my work family. Sometimes, we have celebrated special occasions outside the premises. Every outing has-been fun with my colleagues. My experience has been full of joy. I am expecting more such moments in the upcoming times.

At times, the entire team is not required in meetings. Yet, it is required to sit throughout the discussion.

I have seen my work getting better and more simplified. 6 months back, being completely new to most things, I relied on help for several tasks. In this span though, I have become so trained that I am able to self-manage the work. For certain teamwork is consistent. The improvement in my work has made my contributions better. I feel confident as well while working on anything.

It is committed to providing transparency in the office. That is why everything is clear and open. I have noted that HR department communicates openly. But confidential matters are not disclosed. It knows which matters to discuss openly or confidently. So, it is professional in every sense.

All the managers in this office are exceptional in their leadership roles. They ensure support to the team members. Also, they make sure that there is a collaborative environment. If someone is new, they do everything to make the employee feel included. They are good at managing the work.

Motorship is the one things that matter to me. I have years of experience. Still, I look for really experienced people to shape better learning for me. The kind of comprehensive mentorship I get here is superb. Managers have laid really solid foundations for me. My success in managing every project has been a result of our combined effort.

Not enough lightning is available where I sit. The management should definitely see what can be done.

I'm satisfied with the leadership team at Aurigo. I am also happy the HR team works. Everyone who is in the top position in the office is responsible. They have an unwavering honesty. When they commit anything to employees, they surely make it happen. I have seen how the managers go above and beyond just to keep them happy.

All is completely fine in he office. If there is anything minor, I tend to overlook it.
