Big companies like this one are the best to join. Professionalism is surely there but beyond that, the benefits are more exciting. Provisions for health and sickness can be found. The clients I work for have a massive reputation in their respective sectors. Policies for inclusion and good behaviour are actively exercised. Other benefits like the canteen and room for recreation are there.

Dislikes

Major cons are none. Small issues can shoot up. But they are only temporary.

Learning about new technologies has always excited me. At Aurigo Software Technologies, my interest is majorly served. For me, there are additional pros as well. My skills are finely utilized here. Having said that, I also get to polish my skills. On top of that, I work with the best colleagues. They are work-focused, inspiring, and very cooperative.

An exceptional office environment is greatly associated with this organization. I have observed that the management engages in fair practices to keep the environment good. When such is the management, employees can receive fair opportunities to grow. Senior managers have great values like honestly, transparency, and commitment. Learning from such managers is always a pleasure.

There are more opportunities for national projects. I would prefer better exposure through increased international clients as well.

I like to work without any interface or micromanagement. Both issues were never faced by me at Aurigo. The company trusts its employees. I can work based on the strategy I prefer. The founders or the top management do not interfere when not required. Also, they always encourage me to trust my team with its responsibilities.

The leave policy is very flexible. In some situations though, when I apply for leave, the approval is received a bit late.

This is a company with good facilities. The infrastructure is nicely maintained. Office desks are spacious and wide enough. Privacy is made certain even when the employees sit together. To make the workplace better. employees' suggestions are welcome. It is more comforting to work here, knowing that i have access to enough facilities.

On my team, some freshers are very enthusiastic and happily explore the opportunities given. A bunch of freshers require extensive encouragement.

Learning and positivity are the main benefits here. I've noticed my communication skills have become better than they were earlier. Teamwork is done most of the time and i never find problems in mixing with employees.

In this position, it is understandable that work pressure will be there. Thankfully, it is not that high. I am able to manage it.

Aurigo has best vibes. The environment is vibrant almost everyday. As the team member has expanded, there are birthday celebrations every now and then. Work anniversaries are never missed out. It is fun to attend these gatherings. I've got to know many colleagues through these. i will be completing a year at Aurigo.
