Au small finance bank has a good working culture and offers so many learning and career opportunities to the employees. Also i found work life balance here. Extremely helpful and supportive HR team and the Seniors also.

I was working at AU as assistant manager in SME assets operations and my reporting manager is not supported me in my initial time either he was insecure with me because we both have equally qualified. Politics are also there in team. Favouritism also exist there. Never ever join this company.
