I got yo know about the banking process and how a small finance is quite different from a bank

Dislikes

It's work culture..also in all aau branch the employee who are working are related to Finance or collection, thats why they are rude with customer and I am as a Customer help desk getting so much calls related tp branch complain. Au bank needs to work on their employee selection.

I liked Nothing about this bank. The managers dont know how to treat their subordinates. HR Team never responds on time. Senior managers dont give a shit in branch operations and the branch environment also about any employee's mental health
