over all experiance was like a dharmshala. Higher authorities can't support to any branch ops. team. This bank divided into two parts- branch ops & field ops. that was worng.Here is no value for customer & give any didn't support staff.

Everything is worst.

Work Details

There is no timing to close the branch because field staff(collection) never come on time in the branch so how can we close the branch on time. Mostly we closed the branch midnight at 2:00 A.M & morning we opened the 7:00 A.M so employee get in depressed.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
