The staff of the bank is very rude and they never treat you like their colleague unless they have any work from you and there is no respect for QR team the QR team takes meeting outside of branch and on the roads or any garden but they have not provided any space in branch for their meeting .... by mistake u join AU bank as a sales executive in QR u never feel k u r employee of au small finance bank u feel like bheekari there is no respect and no space in branch for QR sales officer and I am also sales executive in QR department of au bank and now i resign bcoz i never feel k i am k banker and pressure from upper team is very high they only order u and understand your situations and I never suggest anyone to join AU bank as a QR executive 🙏...Read More
