The ambience is good for a newcomer, since my early days experience was good and environment is very friendly.most importantly I have the freedom to work the way I wanted.

Dislikes

There are many things but I want to point out two things one, the boss culture and second is almost zero improvement in terms of yearly appraisal and promotion. They hire new employees with Better package but the old employees are getting very minimal appreciation in terms of package and nobody address this issue.

Work life is good as long as you don't question anything, but when you said something or want to point out something then you are definitely on the wrong side.

Overall experience is mixed in the beginning of my career feel is good but for the time being its shifts from good to bad. But one thing tell you in covid 19 times company was very much supportive.

Main concern is growth after all these years of my career I see very less to none growth and after consistently given good performance there is no improvement at all
