Work life balance, 5 day month work from office. Management is very best. You will never be questioned about the breaks, they only want ther work to be done within given SLA. Always encourage to learn and grow. Awards and recognition awards are given to keep employees encouraged. If your manager is Sajid Karke then you will always have a very comfortable environment.

Not much benefits Salary hike is very less For an operation role you may need to work when ever issue comes. So more or odd working hours sometimes. No permanent wfh, but based on GCM level you will get 1/2 days flexible wfh in every week.

As a fresher I started my career in Atos. As a fresher we can learn many new things, training also went well and after that within a month. I deployed into a project. As here manager, lead and teammates are in friendly nature. What I'm telling is in my point of view and about my team. Situation can't be same in all other teams.

Cafeteria services are not full-fledged on night shifts. So this is becoming little problem to employees Also who had laptops can work in hybrid model but employees who had desktops should definitely work 100% from office only. So this will become difficult to employees who had desktops.
