Atos used to be dream company for many until they acquired Syntel. Worst decision they took was keeping Syntel Board of members. If you want to join the company. Think about your career growth. There is no career growth or career development opportunities available. If your project contracts ends. They won't allow you to move into another projects internally. Instead they forced them to resign from the job without serving notice period. Toxic internal politics will affect the newly joined freshers. Managers and HR s targeted only the freshers and put low rating and play the freshers mental health.
