Dislikes

Chennai Finance Centre Management is worst. The incapable leaders for whom this is a last company making sure no capable staffs are visible to onshore management in order to safeguard their position. Dont care attitude when talents move out, pro braminism, teluguism etc., all drama & show but nothing happen effectively since last 3years. People who wants comfortable life, no bother of skill set development, no care on growth&future career can choose Atos Chennai office. I guarantee your career will be stagnated at point as your skill and pay don't balance. Be careful!...Read More

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
