Note: This opinion is based for my current role allotted to me and may not be same for others. When it comes to skill development, I would rate it average because depending upon the account or project you get, your growth and learning curve depends. My current role does not offer much scope. It's not bad but will surely put you in comfort zone and if you are not pro-active with your line manager about this and do not seek for different projects from time to time, you will feel stunted. So before you join, just try to gain insights on what your daily responsibilities would look like and how valuable your activities would be (In case you like multi-tasking and learning different things). Because what skillset you earn will matter in long term for any company. If you are Fresher, Just join because you will have limited choices anyways and need a start....Read More

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
