Work life balance is good at athena and the work culture is also good. People are polite, professional and friendly.

Dislikes

Hikes and promotion depends on the manager and the product on which you are working. Moreover learning is also not same in all the teams. If you land up in a team where the manager is not supportive and the product is not good then you'll struggle for growth.
