Overall good. Company policy to be updated considering the current condition

Dislikes

Teammates are not feeling job security. Appraisal process to be transparent and one to one discussion should happen honestly. Internal politics should be avoided. Usage of unparliamentary words and threatening words shall be avoided. ( Ex if you are not doing this job or not going to site you will be kicked out from this office). Gender bias should not be there. Due to lack of resource 4 to 5 projects to be handled by single person without juniors. This in turn affects each project deliverables and client satisfaction. Extended working time in all working days affects work life balance and creating stress which leads to spoil health condition. There is no decision taking middle management to raise our issues and technical discussion because everything has to be discussed and finalised by top management only. One of the worst HR, travel policy. Even it felt like trap after working few month, the HR will not reveal any thing till joining.
