At the onset let me be clear. Its an ok company if you consider the consulting scene in india. Not too good but not too bad either. Timing are some what flexible. From 8 to 930 you can punch in whenever you want.

Dont expect the appraisal system to be fair. Be ready to work long hours if you get stuck on an unfortunate project. Dont expect any help from top Management since they only care about the billing in your project. Some good technical seniors were available at one time but now everyone is either leaving or have left.
