Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

There are lots of things. 1) Working atmosphere is not at all good. Toxic management who does not support you but only their favourite people. 2) Not too good specially for girls as management has weakness for beauty with brains. 3) No job security. Firing people on the spot without any cause whether old employees or new ones. 4) Unnecessary work ethics like if 5 minute delayed for coming, will be marked as half day without even informing you. Cannot eat or drink during non-break hours. Cannot scroll on mobile for 5 minute. Cannot go to colleauge for 5 minute to take break. 5) Office politics is the worst.
