No job security and whenever they feel they can fire you. They don't have a set process, roadmap or direction, and no fixed team to support you in terms of leads or business, they just hire you for your previous companies data. No vission and they just run behind the ideas of who ever new comes to the team Unrealistic targets. Full of toxicity.
