College is good for those who don't want to work and lazy employees. No one asks you or scrutinize based on ur work. If you want to spoil yiir career and growth join amgoi

There is no uniform salary/promotions, heavy deductions on your salary.. Even i if you have 5 Lic policies, college forces you to do one more, worst part is they dnt do Salary regular it may take 3-6 months. No fruitful compensation for gud work, you do work or not doesnt matter, heavy local language based teaching, overall bad and worst college

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
