Good for Fresher, If you want to learn it's the best place to start with, I started my career from here and always remember them for there contribution in sculpturing my career.

Dislikes

Salary a bit less but if you are experienced one may be they will offer you good package.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
