I had a very negative experience with Sanu Maity, who works as an IT Administrator. He is heavily involved in office politics and frequently provides false feedback about deserving and experienced employees. Instead of promoting a healthy work environment, he protects unprofessional colleagues who engage in drinking and smoking withhim, fostering a toxic culture.
