Job security is good, Management has made a lot improvements in the last 3 years, a lot of new improvements have been made towards employee satisfaction

For the experienced personnel's it is a good place to settle down but professionals in their early career(1-5 years) , it is better to shift to another company after 1 or 2 years of experience as you will not get to much to learn as they are still using old tech stack, they are still planning to use microservices and other tech's in the coming days but it needs time, overall its good.
