Worst working culture. No mental well being extreme partiality. No work culture they only favour the client even if clients have other vendors. Toxic work environment they dnt have enough projects if the employee wants to move another project. Compensation for QA levels is not that great. Most of the projects are short spanned liked 3-4 months. Work load in such projects is way to high. Literally it is work life imbalance. Most of the colleagues who have been here for a longer duration rule and run the company. Not a great place to work.
