There is no projects which match the profile . They dnt have a good culture where they can understand if the resource has extreme work load and they are working out of the working hours and even in weekend. If you are lucky enough then you'll land up in a project of longer duration as well as with good work life balance.

Compensation for QA levels is not that great. Most of the projects are short spanned liked 3-4 months. Work load in such projects is way to high. Literally it is work life imbalance. Most of the colleagues who have been here for a longer duration rule and run the company. Not a great place to work.
