If you want to learn Pega then this is organisation to work with. The organisation is recommended for fresher and upto 4-5 years.

Dislikes

If you are not part of any group or blue eyed boy of management then you are always under scanner and job insecurity. High amount of regional partialty driven by founders. If you are from delivery, testing or operations/admin role then must leave self-respect at home. Ridiculous promotion process. There is no projects which match the profile . They dnt have a good culture where they can understand if the resource has extreme work load and they are working out of the working hours and even in weekend. Compensation for QA levels is not that great. Most of the projects are short spanned liked 3-4 months. Work load in such projects is way to high. Literally it is work life imbalance. Most of the colleagues who have been here for a longer duration rule and run the company. Not a great place to work.
